This is the MHR Testa Rossa Cylinder of 70cc aimed at competition motorcycles, offering maximum power and great durability during races.

It is an aluminium Cylinder cooled by water, with cylinder head and culatín, which offers a considerable reduction in operating temperature.

Features a piston with 1 single ring with anti-wear treatment.

CYLINDER:

• Special aluminium alloy material with a high percentage of silicon and titanium so that it cannot deform with 'high temperatures'.
• 7 transfer ports and partitioned exhaust port.
• Heat treatment: Gives the material high strength and rigidity.

PISTON:

• Diameter 47.6mm
• Stroke 39.3mm
• Material: special aluminium alloy with a high percentage of silicon so that it cannot deform with 'high temperatures' or temperature variations.
• Segment in spheroidal iron, polished and ground for high mechanical strength, with a hard chrome coating on the contact surface.

CYLINDER HEAD:

• Removable, ensuring the elimination of the considerable amount of heat generated in a high specific power engine, intended for competition. 
• Created in aluminium alloy, with a high silicon content fixed directly to the Cylinder barrel, with the cooling liquid surface polished, ensuring a large exchange surface. Among other advantages, the removable cylinder head is completed with a 'culatín' that closes the upper part of the Cylinder, ensuring that the cooling liquid remains sealed.

Note: to install the Cylinder, it is necessary to have an FL (Flanged Mount) or Malossi C-ONE crankcase 5716654 / 5715844

Important: the exhaust port is bolted, so specific exhausts must be installed for Testa Rossa 3219162 / 3219560
