Original Yamaha T-Max 03-11 Malossi cylinder head valves kit

Valve kit original Yamaha cylinder head Tmax 2003-2011 Maloss.

These valves have an increased diameter and are made of excellent material, and are fully profiled to achieve maximum performance at any engine speed.

These valves are perfectly interchangeable with the originals, but to achieve better performance a small adaptation of the cylinder head and piston is required (explained in detail in the assembly instructions).

Technical Features

Intake Valve:

• Ø increased from 25mm to 26.5mm
• Specific steel for high-performance intake valves
• Tempered stem strengthening to achieve maximum resistance and durability in the friction area
• Entirely ground valve
• Stem surface with hard chrome plating
• Surface finish of the valve, isotropic polishing

Exhaust Valve:

• Ø increased from 22mm to 23.5mm
• Nickel-based combination - Nimonic80 resistant to very high temperatures
• Precipitation-hardened material with Rm.1400 N/mm
• Completely ground valve
• Stem surface with hard chrome plating
• Surface finish of the valve, isotropic polishing
