Cylinder Malossi Aluminium I-Tech 183cc Yamaha X-Max / YZF-R 125

Cylinder for conversion to 180cc, from the manufacturer Malossi, designed to increase the performance of 125cc models. It achieves an exact displacement of 182cc thanks to its 63mm diameter and a stroke of 58.6.

This is a Cylinder made of aluminium alloy with a high content of refined and tempered silicon, an inner liner with a silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix, and cross-smoothing with two diamond passes with very tight tolerances, on machines with high-precision numerical control tools.

Contains a super compact piston with three segments of special aluminium-silicon alloy, with reduced thermal expansion and added tin on the sliding surfaces.
