• Material: primary aluminium alloy with a high content of tempered and hardened silicon, cylinder liner with silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel die and cross-smoothing with two diamond passes.
• Machining: on high-precision numerically controlled machine tools.
• Cylinder-Piston connection with a tolerance of 0.05 mm.
• Recalculated and updated heat exchange surfaces.

Piston

• Ultra-compact with 3 rings.
• Material: special aluminium alloy with high silicon content, low thermal expansion and tin coating on the sliding surfaces.
• Machined on numerically controlled machine tools.
• Lightened and reinforced.
• Improved heat exchange surfaces.

Piston rings

• Compression - special rings with high sliding ease and very high mechanical strength, in S10 spheroidal cast iron, chromed.
• 1st scraper - ring in S10 spheroidal cast iron, chromed.
• Second three-piece scraper ring made of chrome steel alloy.
