Malossi Sport 70cc AC Cylinder Kit for Kymco engines

The Italian manufacturer Malossi presents a Cylinder made of cast iron in 70cc with 6 transfers, offering very high performance and components made from the best materials.

Iron cylinders are known for their hardness and durability, with lower performance compared to aluminium ones. They are more recommended for daily use of the motorcycle.
Malossi are extremely meticulous both in the materials and the performance offered by their products, so both iron and aluminium cylinders are a very good option to start a setup on your motorcycle.

The manufacturer recommends installing the Cylinder with an exhaust pipe from the SPORT range and a carburettor of 17.5-19mm.
They also recommend fitting the BR8HIX spark plug and for racing use the BR9HIX.

The cylinder kit includes:

•     Malossi Sport Cast Iron Cylinder
•     Cylinder Head
•     Piston Ø 47
•     2 piston rings with 1.5mm thickness
•     0.35mm thickness gasket
•     Gasket set

This Cylinder can reach 8-10hp at 8500rpm with proper engine tuning.
