Cylinder Kit for Piaggio 4T 125cc to 200cc.

The cylinder has a chrome and nicasil coating, which offers you high resistance to elevated temperatures. The piston has been lightened and reinforced. With 3 rings. According to tests published by Malossi, the original 125cc engine delivers a power of 12HP.

With this cylinder kit we have 18HP! In addition to increasing torque and power throughout the entire range. Therefore, you will notice the engine is much fuller not only in maximum power but throughout the whole curve.

So you will perhaps appreciate even more the increase in low-end and acceleration, as well as the maximum power.

• Material: high-silicon content aluminium alloy, refined and tempered, inner liner with silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross-honing with two diamond passes with very tight tolerances.
• Processing: on high-precision CNC machine tools.
• Piston-cylinder fit selection of 0.005 mm.
• Newly calculated and extra-large heat exchange surfaces.

Piston:

• Super compact with three rings.
• Material: special main aluminium-silicon alloy with reduced thermal expansion and tin added to the sliding surfaces.
