Cylinder Polini Big Evolution 94cc Piaggio scooter LC stroke 44mm

Polini also enters the class of cylinders over 70 cc. With the Big Evolution 52mm series

Polini presents two BigBore cylinders, one with a displacement of 84cc (original stroke 39.2 mm) and another of 94 cc (long rod/ stroke 44mm).

The diameter of both cylinders is 52mm, the absolute limit before touching the cylinder studs. Thus, the diameter of the Polini Big Evolution series is 2mm larger than the Malossi-BigBore cylinders.

The external shape is identical to that of the new Evolution IV cylinders. In terms of performance, the 94cc version reaches almost 30 HP. You must install this cylinder with a crankshaft of 44mm stroke/ 85 mm rod and a Polini Big Evolution 94cc exhaust!

Note: You must machine and align the crankcase! Recommended only for experienced tuners!

NOTE: It must be combined with a crankshaft with 85 rod/ 44 stroke (e.g. P210.0021 and S6-7914094)
