Cylinder Stage 6 Racing MK II 70cc pin d.10mm for Minarelli Horizontal LC.

 

Manufactured with a high-strength hard chrome interior coating, 6 transfer ports improve the cylinder filling.
The Piston is domed, with a 0.8 mm thick ring, to optimize performance and improve heat dissipation.

 
The cylinder delivers about 17 / 19 hp, without additional modifications and in combination with the corresponding components. There is enough material for further modifications so that the cylinder exceeds 20 hp.

We recommend installing a reinforced crankshaft Voca  VCR-RD70166.HQ, variator Malossi ref. 517075 , a Voca Road Race exhaust VCR-RD43166, and a 21 type dellorto carburettor ref. AP30CB21.BLACK.
 

 
The kit includes

• Aluminium Cylinder, 47.6 mm diameter
• Piston with 1 ring and 10 mm piston pin
• One-piece cylinder head
• Gasket set

Assembly instructions
 

The ideal Squish should be between 0.75 and 0.85. The cylinder should be run in for approx. 300 km with a 1:33 mixture to improve robustness and service life.

Attention! The temperature sensor including the thread must not be longer than 18 mm, otherwise it may hit the cylinder head.
