As expected, the manufacturer Malossi has already updated its famous Testa Rossa cylinder for the Piaggio MHR RC-ONE crankcase, with an FL-type assembly and a 47mm stroke with a displacement of 100cc, undoubtedly one of the best currently available on the market.

According to Malossi engineers, with the entire kit on the test bench it delivers more than 32hp at 14,000 RPM. How did they achieve this? By modifying the cylinder, increasing the transfer ports to a total of 7, the cylinder head and small head are removable and several parameters have been changed to increase compression and extract maximum performance.

On the other hand, it should be noted that it can only be installed on the Malossi crankcase with reference 5715845, and you must also install its crankshaft with 47mm stroke, reference 5318730, and its exhaust reference 3219999.

We recommend installing a carburettor of at least 32mm, the Malossi exhaust designed for this cylinder, Vforce reed box and Overrange transmission.
