Description

Polini positions itself in the category of cylinders over 70cc with the Big Evolution 52mm series.

The Polini BigBore range consists of two cylinders, one with a displacement of 84cc (original stroke 39.2 mm) and another of 94cc (long stroke 44mm). The diameter of both cylinders is 52mm, the maximum that can be reached without altering the position of the cylinder studs.

In this way, the Polini Big Evolution cylinder is 2mm larger than the Malossi BigBore cylinders.

It has 6 intake transfers which provide 129° of opening in the diagram. The exhaust is a huge partition that gives 192° of diagram anyway!

To better unleash the power of this monster cylinder, Polini has revised the exhaust duct upwards with good ventilation; the exhaust now exits with a large 3-bolt flange (supplied with the exhaust pipe).

The piston is a single-ring model, made of reinforced light alloy.

The cylinder head is also very specific with its CLOSED DECK cooling system, its tempering, its exterior and interior machining...
Truly impressive both in terms of performance and aesthetics!

The exterior appearance is identical to that of the Evolution IV cylinders. In terms of performance, the 94cc version reaches almost 30 hp.

Attention: It is essential to machine the crankcase. Recommended only for experienced tuners.

Attention: This version must be installed with a crankshaft with 85 rod and 44 stroke.
