Cylinder Malossi Aluminium 66cc Yamaha Aerox / Neo's euro 3/4 50 4T

Oversized Malossi Cylinder for Yamaha Aerox,  Yamaha Neo's and MBK Nitro 50cc 4T.

This Cylinder, with a 44 diameter, has a displacement of 66cc. With this you get a bit more power in these 4T models.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Cylinder

• Diameter: Ø 44mm.
• Stroke: 43.6mm.
• Displacement: 66.3cc.
• Compression ratio: 12,01.
• Material: aluminium alloy with high refined and tempered silicon content, inner liner with silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross honing with two diamond passes with very tight tolerances.
• Processing: on machines with high-precision numerical control tools.
• Piston Cylinder coupling selection of 0.05mm.
• Heat exchange surfaces newly calculated and extra-large.

Piston

• Super compact with three Piston rings.
• Material: main special alloy of low thermal expansion desilicated aluminium with added tin on the sliding walls.
• Processing on numerical control machines.
• Lightened and reinforced.
• Extra-large heat exchange surfaces

Piston rings

• Special for long stroke and very high mechanical strength.
• First compression Piston ring in nitrided and chrome-plated steel.
• Second Piston ring in special iron.
• Three-piece oil scraper in special, alloyed and chrome-plated steel.
