Polini Evolution Clutch Vespa Primavera / PK / FL 50/125cc 2T

Polini surprises us with its new Wave clutch. It features a spring that, thanks to its honeycomb structure, guarantees excellent flatness on the clutch thrust surfaces and withstands high loads of up to 200 kg.

As standard, the Polini Wave spring comes calibrated for a load of 80 kg, which can be modified thanks to the adjustment washers included in the kit, allowing the load to be varied up to 200 kg.

The spring is perfectly housed in the clutch hub, and the intermediate plates are made of nitrided steel.

The EVOLUTION clutch (230.0503) consists of 4 plates made of steel coated with high-performance sintered friction material (1.9 mm thick), and three steel plates (1 mm thick). Its installation is recommended for tuned engines over 15 HP. Includes 3 adjustment/preload washers.

The FOR RACE clutch (230.0502) consists of 4 steel plates coated with cork friction material (1.9 mm thick) and 3 steel plates (1 mm thick), and its installation is recommended for standard or tuned engines up to 15 HP.

125/130c.c 11/13hp 27-69R spring only

125/130c.c 11/13hp 24-61R spring only

135c.c 22/25hp 27-69R + 1 mm

135c.c 22/25hp 24-72R + 2 mm

150c.c 30/34hp 27-69 + 2.5 mm and it is mandatory to install FL-type cover 170.0307 / 170.0308  with reduction gear.
