Exhaust fiber from the manufacturer VOCA Racing. The VOCA fiber is the ideal replacement for your silencer.

As it is equipped with ceramic components, it is a competition fiber of the highest quality, with the best acoustic insulation and very good resistance to high temperatures. For good noise insulation and durability, the density of the fiber inside the silencer is of vital importance.

The VOCA fiber is made in the form of a mat, making installation easier.

- First, remove the silencer and then take out the old fiber from inside the silencer.

- In a second step, simply roll the VOCA fiber inside. The VOCA fiber is sufficient for any silencer of a 2T exhaust.

To change the fiber, you should take the following into account:

- Silencer with very little fiber: The exhaust is initially quite quiet, but after a short period the fiber moves due to the gases and creates an empty space. Then the exhaust becomes quite noisy again, and the fiber also wears out very quickly.

- Silencer with too much fiber: The fiber's lifespan is longer, but the best acoustic insulation is not achieved. The exhaust may possibly make more noise. When installing, we recommend not wrapping too tightly and not compressing the fiber too much.

When fitting the silencer cap, it is also useful to seal the edges with heat-resistant silicone.
