Description
The G1050 compound from Galfer pads, formulated with a semi-metallic base, meets the braking needs of daily use, as it offers an excellent performance/price ratio and works optimally in all types of conditions.
The G1050 allows for progressive and modulable braking. It also offers excellent performance at low temperatures with low wear rate and minimal noise. A "workhorse" pad
The correct bedding-in of the brake pads: is carried out by a series of gentle brakings holding the brake lever for 10-15 sec. and then releasing the brake to cool the disc and pads, and repeating this action 5 or 6 times.
This achieves a correct thermal cycle and heating, cooling of the system, and subsequently better braking.
