Internal rotor ignition Yamaha TDR 250 and TZR 250 HPI

CDI unit configuration:

• TWO-STROKE POWER VALVE SYSTEM: This system is used on some motorcycles as an improvement over a conventional two-stroke engine to provide high power output over a wider RPM range. HPI has developed these CDI units to work with some of these systems: Yamaha's YPVS and Suzuki's AETC.
• The CDI unit will have two additional wires that will allow you to switch between two different ignition curves. The curve selection can be made simply by connecting or disconnecting these two wires, or by selecting the curve with a switch.
