The Italkit cylinder and crankshaft kit 100cc represents a high-performance upgrade for geared engines. Designed to increase the actual displacement up to 101cc.

The aluminum cylinder features transfer port timing calculated to improve gas evacuation. Meanwhile, the Italkit crankshaft included in the kit is dynamically balanced to withstand the inertia of a piston with a 54mm diameter. This assembly is the recommended product for builds seeking maximum acceleration and immediate response on a Honda NSR 75.

This high-displacement assembly requires mechanical modifications to the crankcase to accommodate the longer-stroke crankshaft webs. It is important to note that this Italkit engine kit is intended exclusively for the 75cc versions of the Honda CRM 75 range and is not compatible with MBX 50cc or MTX 50cc models.
