Malossi MHR Over range Next Variator and Pulleys Kit Yamaha T-max 530 / 560 >17

Variator adapted for sporty use for the new T-Max 530 models from 2017 onwards.

The travel has been increased to allow for a shorter top gear. The ramps have been modified to give it that Racing touch needed for certain setups, making the engine work at the rpm that delivers greater power.

The movable pulley Torque Driver has a larger diameter compared to the original. With a completely new design, it allows for a notable improvement in both acceleration and top speed.

The Malossi technicians have controlled the production of this pulley down to the smallest detail, using special materials and in particular a thermo-chemical treatment that gives it high wear resistance and high mechanical strength.

The Over Range Semi-pulley has a redesigned angle to increase acceleration and final ratio.

Important Note: When installing the Over range Malossi, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE the spacer supplied with the variator, as the belt would hit the crankcase
