The Piston kit is only compatible with the Athena cylinder. It is manufactured by hot forging and is equipped with one or more piston rings. This combination ensures less friction with the cylinder and, consequently, higher performance, combined with greater strength and reliability. The kit, in addition to the piston itself, contains the pin kit, clips, and piston rings. The aforementioned elements are replaceable and interchangeable if necessary. Athena offers a complete range of forged pistons for the main 2-stroke and 4-stroke Off-Road models. They are produced thanks to a revolutionary computerized technology that guarantees production dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm. The balance between the materials used in production (silicon, copper, nickel, and aluminum alloys) allows Athena pistons to achieve a level of reliability equal to the original and, at the same time, guarantee greater strength and excellent performance. All Athena products produced in displacements and power outputs greater than those provided by the user's country road code are intended exclusively for competitive use.
