With the new INJECTION TECH product line, a new chapter begins—the answer the racing world was waiting for to support the ever-increasing number of Malossi trophies for 70cc scooters.
It is an unrestricted control unit; maps cannot be installed.

With the Sport 70cc version, Malossi offers a grey cast cylinder for daily use.
At low revs, it is somewhat less powerful than the Polini Sport cylinder, but it surpasses it by about 800 RPM, which gives it a slightly higher maximum power.
In these thermal groups, the characteristic high durability of cast iron is combined with Malossi's almost obsessive quality standards, one of the very few companies to demand the utmost, even from this type of thermal group.
From this perspective, the extremely strict selections for the coupling between cylinder and piston are introduced, rigorously maintained within the maximum tolerance band of 20 microns.
