The replacement system includes a fixed pulley of 102 mm, treated with gaseous nitriding and mounted with a galvanized M24 nut for durability.

The torque driver, with the same diameter and a self-lubricating EKU bushing, offers superior sliding and is compatible with original Piaggio systems. The variator contrast springs, made of silicon alloy steel, are thermally treated and dynamically balanced to optimize performance.

As for the Fly Clutch, it features three shoes coupled to Malossi springs, reinforced with a ring for greater rigidity.

Finally, the assembled fixed shaft constitutes the main structure of the clutch, with components including a shoe carrier, a chromed bushing, and a clutch bell, all aligned by TIG welding and reinforced with riveted shoe joint pins, complemented by two needle bearings and sealed with oil seals for smooth and efficient operation.
