New “Red-Fury” kit from Malossi, the new Over Range set for high-performance scooters!
The Malossi MHR Aluminum Over Range kit has been designed to improve the efficiency and power of the engine. The core of the new transmission kit, as always, is the Malossi Multivar variator, which is in constant evolution, and comes with two sets of rollers to adjust the transmission’s operation according to your needs. The interior of the variator has been redesigned to maximize the balance of the transmission.

For the first time, together with the Malossi Multivar MHR Aluminum variator, the fixed half-pulley Ventilvar is also supplied. On the other side of the casing, we have the new Malossi MHR Rear Pulley System torque corrector, now in aluminum to increase lightness and resistance. The pulley is joined with pins to the bolts. The torque corrector has undergone a micro-perforation treatment to increase the grip of the transmission belt and to keep it
clean and efficient, removing vitrified parts caused by heat through the perforations.

The belt of transmissionX Kevlar Belt Malossi, based on the technology adopted for belts intended for maxi-scooters, is characterized by an extremely reduced section and is intended for two-stroke competition scooters, guaranteeing grip and consistent performance.
