The Malossi Power Exhaust uses a gas expansion chamber with a reinforced internal structure, manufactured from FeP04 steel. Its construction incorporates sound-absorbing fiberglass to help reduce noise during operation.

The exhaust body features a transparent high-temperature-resistant lacquer coating, which protects the surface and keeps the metallic finish characteristic of this type of exhaust visible.
