The Voca Race Head Ø40mm has completely revolutionised the world of DT and TZR square cylinder tuning, making an infinite variety of possibilities possible.

This two-piece modular cylinder head is composed of an anodised aluminium cover and a Ø40mm insert, all accompanied by their respective O-rings. Made from a single piece of aluminium, later CNC machined to achieve this part with a 100% Racing look.

With the possibility of changing the combustion chambers (insert), this cylinder head allows for a different setup for every preference. This insert is recommended for the most experienced tuners, who have a lathe to shape the insert preparation.

Cylinder head:

This kit includes an insert optimised for Ø40mm (STD) pistons. Suitable for original stroke and original or other 50cc cylinders. It features a locking pin, which prevents the insert from rotating when tightening or loosening the spark plug. The optimal squish for this insert is 0.45mm-0.6mm.

Cooling:

The cooling has been improved compared to the original, optimising the internal flow and increasing performance. The great innovation of this cylinder head is the possibility of rotating 180º, allowing the installation of multiple radiators.

• Left side, use of two radiators

For high-performance setups, the use of two radiators is recommended.

Temperature sensor:

The thread allows the use of the original temperature probe. We also offer aftermarket sensors for use with digital gauges, such as the Voca Racing gauge. For digital temperature sensors, you should use Koso, Stage6 (M10x1mm) sensors and pay attention when selecting the plug colour (black or white).

Gaskets:

Another of the most important features is the replacement of the original simple gasket with O-rings. They ensure greater sealing and reliability.
