The Voca Race Head (raw insert) cylinder head has completely revolutionized the world of DT and TZR tuning with square cylinder, making an infinite variety of possibilities possible.

This two-piece modular cylinder head is composed of an anodized aluminum cover and a raw removable insert, all accompanied by their respective O-rings. Made from a single piece of aluminum, later machined with CNC to achieve this part with a 100% Racing look.

With the possibility of changing the combustion chambers (insert), this cylinder head allows for a different setup for every preference. This insert is recommended for the most experienced tuners, who have a lathe to shape the insert preparation.

Cylinder head:

By having a removable cylinder head insert, it offers the possibility to use different inserts depending on the setup. This kit includes a removable insert, which must be shaped and adapted to the piston, stroke, squish, and compression ratio you desire.
It features a locking pin, which prevents the rotation of the cylinder head insert when tightening or loosening the spark plug.

Cooling:

Cooling has been improved compared to the original, optimizing the internal flow and increasing performance. The great innovation of this cylinder head is the possibility of rotating it 180º, allowing the installation of multiple radiators.

• Right side, use of one radiator
• Left side, use of 2 radiators

For high-performance setups, the use of 2 radiators is recommended.

Temperature sensor:

The thread allows the use of the original temperature probe. We also have aftermarket sensors for use with digital gauges, such as the Voca Racing gauge. For digital temperature sensors, you must use Koso, Stage6 (M10x1mm) sensors and pay attention when selecting the plug color (black or white).

Gaskets:

Another of the most important features is the replacement of the original single gasket with O-rings. They ensure greater tightness and reliability.

NOTE: The internal diameter of the cylinder head before the O-ring is 61 mm. Therefore, any modifications for pistons with a diameter greater than 56 mm will already be too close to the gasket, which may cause damage to the gasket, loss of compression, and coolant leaks. Make these modifications at your own risk.
