The EBC Semi-sinter pads combine organic material with metal particles, exactly what a 1980s Yamaha needs to brake hard without ruining the original disc. They work well in both dry and wet conditions, without that wooden feel that fully sintered pads sometimes have.

These are the ones you fit when you want to improve braking compared to a standard pad, but without going as far as a racing pad that needs temperature to work properly. For everyday use and the occasional demanding ride, they are more than sufficient.
