Piaggio scooter 125/180/200/300cc Malossi cylinder head valves kit

A new line of 4-stroke valves from the manufacturer Malossi was created to complete the entire range of vehicles.

This is a high-quality production, designed both for racing and for sports use. These valves are made with the best quality materials and with the most advanced manufacturing processes.

As with all Malossi products, these valves are produced only after the strictest tests and all items have been one hundred percent verified in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

Intake valves:

• Completely reprofiled, to achieve the best performance at all engine speeds.
• Manufactured from special heat-treated steel.
• Valve stem with hard chrome coating against wear.
• Oversized valve head diameter.
• Extremely limited form and size tolerance.
• Fully refaced valves.

Ø Head: 23 mm
Total length: 94.8 mm

Exhaust valves:

• Completely reprofiled, to achieve the best performance at all engine speeds.
• Manufactured from special stainless and non-magnetic steel.
• Valve stem with hard chrome coating against wear.
• Oversized valve head diameter.
• Extremely limited form and size tolerance.
• Stellite coating both on the seat and on the valve head.
• Fully refaced valves.
