Like the entire high-end range from Malossi, it has been developed in competition, offering the maximum power and durability to be at the top of the races.

Attention! To install this kit it is necessary to make modifications inside the engine.

ATTENTION!!! this Cylinder uses a 4-bolt exhaust outlet, it is recommended to install with the Malossi exhaust. If installing another exhaust, a custom adaptation will be necessary. ONLY for crankshaft 5316029 AND exhaust 3216158 !!
WORKS TO BE DONE ON THE CRANKCASE: BORING
Install with spark plug BR10EIX, IWF 27

Cylinder

• Special aluminium alloy material with a high percentage of silicon and titanium so that it cannot deform with "high temperatures".
• 7 transfer ports and partitioned exhaust port.
• Heat treatment: Gives the material high strength and rigidity.

Piston

• Diameter 52mm
• Stroke 44mm
• Material: special aluminium alloy with a high percentage of silicon so that it cannot deform with "high temperatures" or temperature variations.
• Segment in spheroidal iron, polished and ground for high mechanical strength, with a hard chrome plating on the contact surface.

Cylinder head:

• Removable, ensuring the elimination of the considerable amount of heat generated in a high specific power engine, intended for competition. 
• Created in aluminium alloy, with a high silicon content fixed directly to the Cylinder barrel, with the cooling liquid surface polished, guaranteeing a large heat exchange surface. Among other advantages, the removable cylinder head is completed with a "small head" that closes the upper part of the Cylinder, ensuring that the cooling liquid content remains sealed.
