The Stage6 CNC front brake caliper for Minarelli, Piaggio, and Peugeot engines brings racing technology directly to the road. This component is manufactured from a solid block of CNC-machined aluminum, a construction method that provides structural rigidity far superior to conventional cast calipers and prevents flex in the caliper body during the most demanding braking.

Installing this dual-piston caliper helps solve the lack of feel and the loss of effectiveness caused by thermal fade in the original braking system. The high-precision stainless steel pistons retract in a controlled manner when the lever is released, helping to prevent the pads from continuously rubbing against the disc. By reducing residual friction, a lower operating temperature is achieved, reducing component wear and ensuring consistent, controllable braking at all times.

This caliper replaces original Brembo-type models and is compatible with the standard brake master cylinder. For installation, it is necessary to fully bleed the brake circuit and replace the hydraulic fluid. The kit includes organic brake pads for daily use, although it also supports the installation of sintered metal pads for sporty use.
