Cylinder Polini Evolution 4 70cc Piaggio scooter LC connecting rod 85mm

Only one year after releasing the Evolution 3 cylinder, the manufacturer Polini has launched the new Polini Evolution 4 cylinder, called Polini Big Evolution.

The base of the Big Evolution is still a aluminum cylinder with T-Port exhaust outlet and a design with six transfers.
The most notable feature is the change in the “exterior” of the cylinder: rounded shapes and additional side cooling.
The cylinder head is now solid and does not come with a small head. Another change has been made to the nozzle – now it is fixed with three screws! Therefore, you will need to install the Big Evolution cylinder with the corresponding Polini exhaust or fit a competition pipe from another manufacturer.
The diameter of 47.6mm and the 70cc displacement comply with current competition regulations.

NOTE: It must be combined with a crankshaft with 85mm connecting rod (e.g. P210.0020)
