The Polini adjustment kit consists of 4 sets of 6 rollers that make it easier to adjust the variator.

Lighter weights make the variator shift shorter, while with heavier rollers the variator transmission is longer. To test them, you should start with the heaviest weights and then move to the lighter ones until the engine runs continuously and does not lose revs on inclines.

Polini Motori has reviewed and expanded its range of roller kits made for the variators of the most widespread 50cc scooters.

The kit is available in a practical transparent plastic packaging featuring a safety lock that prevents it from opening accidentally. The different roller weights allow you to vary the transmission ratio in the best way, adjusting the configuration to a tenth of a gram.

The range of use is thus broader, improving power delivery, with greater acceleration at start and recovery at maximum speed.
