Polini tuning kit consisting of a Hi-Speed variator with torque spring and a Team 4 70cc exhaust, designed for Minarelli Horizontal and Vertical engines. This set combines two key components of the transmission and exhaust system to improve engine response, acceleration, and performance in sport setups.

The combination of the Polini Hi-Speed variator with the Polini Team 4 70cc exhaust makes it possible to optimize engine operation, especially in setups equipped with higher-performance sport cylinders.

The Polini Hi-Speed variator is developed to improve the behavior of the automatic transmission through optimized ramp geometry and specific roller calibration. Its design allows better management of engine RPM, providing quicker acceleration and more progressive power delivery.

The kit also includes a Polini torque spring, which helps maintain proper belt tension and makes it possible to better exploit the variator's capacity during acceleration and recovery phases.
