Primary transmission kit Derbi euro 2 / 3 / 4 Racing Factory Bidalot

The manufacturer Bidalot Racing Factory brings us this complete kit for the primary transmission, with 6 discs, for Derbi Euro2 and Euro3 engines (EBE050 and D50B0).

With this kit, we change the main gear ratio from 21/78 to 22/77 to make the primary shaft spin faster and reduce the torque to the clutch.

Furthermore, by completely modifying the bell and the aluminium clutch nut cut in the mass, it is possible to install 6 clutch discs, instead of the original 4.

The clutch no longer slips, and all the power supplied at the crankshaft output will be transmitted to the wheel.

The kit includes:

• Primary transmission with 1 primary pinion Z = 21 teeth + Pinion drive shaft balancer.
• 1 water pump pinion.
• 1 primary transmission wheel Z = 64 teeth mounted on the needle cage.
• 1 spacer.
• 2 needle cages.
• 1 CNC clutch housing.
• 1 CNC clutch nut.
• 1 set of 6 clutch discs + 5 smooth steel discs.
• 5 racing clutch springs.
• 1 set of screws.
