When you tune the engine, one of the weak points is usually the primary transmission. On this occasion, TPR Factory has developed this reinforced primary transmission kit, which, compared to the original, is manufactured in CNC-machined alloy steel. This translates into less weight for the entire clutch assembly and much later wear.

In higher-displacement builds, where the engine generates more torque, the gears are subjected to greater stress with every acceleration. For this reason, this assembly has been manufactured in CrNi alloy steel and is CNC-machined, considerably increasing the durability of the assembly at high RPM and temperatures.

The Z19/69 ratio is optimized for both standard builds and high-performance builds. The gears used in this kit are manufactured with straight-cut teeth, which helps reduce friction between gears.

Monoblock Z69 Clutch bell made of CrNi alloy steel, it is the part that receives the movement from the primary sprocket and transmits it to the clutch. Its monoblock construction provides greater rigidity to the assembly against the loads generated by tuned engines.

Z19 primary sprocket, made of CrNi alloy steel, works together with the Z69 bell to form the primary transmission.

Z30 water pump gear made of high-performance crystalline thermoplastic polymer.
