The G1396 compound is the result of a constant improvement in the search for perfect braking for all types of terrain and environmental conditions. Notable features include very effective braking and low pad wear. All with the safety guaranteed by demanding riders in extreme conditions.

The correct break-in of the brake pads: is done through a series of gentle brakings, holding the brake lever for 10-15 seconds and then releasing the brake to cool the disc and pads, repeating this action 5 or 6 times.
This achieves a correct thermal cycle and heating, cooling of the system, and subsequently better braking.
