Semipulley of the Malossi Ventilvar 2000 variator for Kymco AK 550 from 2017 onwards.
This is a fixed semipulley worked with diamond tools on the belt sliding surface and with a recalculated angle to increase the shifting regime.

This element completes the Multivar and makes it unstoppable. Designed for the scooter variator line, it improves the working conditions of the drive belt. It is not a simple accessory, but a very important part for the durability of all transmission elements.

The temperature produced inside the crankcase where the variators with trapezoidal belt operate can be prohibitive at times, and in some moments certain parts, such as the drive belt and the variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage and sometimes the rollers can reach the melting point.

Ventilvar, in addition to other advantages, has a cooling capacity superior to the original, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.

It can be combined with both the Multivar variator and the Original.
