Variator pulley Air-Speed Evolution, developed for 50cc scooters with Minarelli engines

Made entirely of lightweight aluminium alloy, about 120 grams lighter than steel pulleys. The surface has undergone an exclusive special ceramic treatment.

Tests have shown that each pulley must have a specific roughness, for the fixed half-pulley, 3 microns.

These values have been obtained after a series of tests. The engine offers greater thrust at start and is more “racing” in power delivery. It makes the scooter's gear change faster and more consistent. Ideal for tuned scooters.
