The JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade C49 high carbon steel for the rear sprockets for less wear, and SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for the front sprockets.

All rear sprockets and front sprockets from JT Sprockets are manufactured with an anodized surface to provide a good finish and increased service life.

JT Sprockets manufactures the right way: turning, milling, and drilling. With this process, the highest quality is achieved with the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile.

After the subsequent heat treatment, each item is checked by hand, thus setting new quality standards for JT Sprockets in the motorcycle industry.
