The main Japanese motorcycle manufacturers have widely used rubber-cushioned front sprockets since the early 1990s to dampen the impact of the chain on the front sprocket teeth. JT Sprockets has now launched these same sprockets to the aftermarket. The steel sprockets from JT Sprockets with rubber are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel for the rear sprockets, and SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for the front sprockets.

Each JT Sprockets sprocket goes through 25 production stages, passing more than ten individual quality controls to successfully leave the production line. This sprocket model includes a rubberized surface to reduce noise.
