JT Sprockets steel sprockets with rubber are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high-carbon steel for rear sprockets, and SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets.

Each JT Sprockets sprocket undergoes 25 production stages, passing more than ten individual quality checks to successfully leave the production line. This sprocket model includes a rubberized surface to reduce noise.
