Stage6 R/T Racing gearbox cover for Piaggio engines 2-Stroke from 1998 onwards, compatible with models such as Piaggio Zip, NRG, Liberty, Vespa Primavera/Sprint, Aprilia SR, Gilera Runner, among others.

Designed for high-performance setups, this reinforced cover, CNC machined from solid aluminium, offers maximum structural rigidity and precision fit. Also compatible with Malossi C-One / RC-One, 2Fast, 8.1 Fireblade and TRP Factory crankcases.

The main improvement over an original cover lies in its enhanced technical design, which includes:

• O-ring FKM (Viton): improves sealing, prevents twisting and withstands high temperatures and pressures.
• High-precision Bearings: greater durability and lower mechanical friction, ideal for tuned engines.
• Double bearings on secondary shafts: reduces friction and improves overall performance.
• Orange FKM seal: high chemical and thermal resistance with a racing look.
• Additional threads: make disassembly and maintenance tasks easier.
• Milled recesses: easier replacement of the shaft seal.
• Recommended oil: 90 ml
• Shaft: 16mm

Finished in orange anodising with laser-engraved logo for greater corrosion resistance and a refined appearance. Compatible with original or long transmission ratios with 16 mm shaft.
