Instructions for use

The rubber patch is installed between the exhaust nozzle and the cylinder, sealing the exhaust. For this, it can be trimmed as needed. Attention, it can only be used with threaded nozzles. For Minarelli AM6 type nozzles, the exhaust must be sealed differently; we recommend an exhaust plug.

After that, the orange plugs are inserted into the intake manifold, using the appropriate size.

Now air can be carefully pumped into the engine crankcase through the valve, preferably with a hand pump or a compressor. We recommend an air pressure between 0.5 and 0.8 bars.

Now use a pressure gauge to check if the pressure drops. If there is no pressure drop within one minute, the engine crankcase is properly sealed and completely airtight. With the help of a little soapy water, leaks can be easily detected by the formation of bubbles.

To seal the spark plug hole, use a standard spark plug or a plug.
