This is a fixed half-pulley worked with diamond tools on the belt sliding surface and with a recalculated angle to increase the shifting regime.

This element completes the Multivar Variator and makes it unstoppable. Designed for the scooter variator line, it improves the working conditions of the transmission belt. It is not just a simple accessory, but a very important part for the durability of all transmission components. The temperature produced inside the crankcase where the variators with trapezoidal belt operate can be prohibitive at times, and in some moments certain parts, such as the transmission belt and the variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage and sometimes the rollers can reach the melting point.

In addition to other advantages, Ventilvar has a superior cooling capacity compared to the original, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.
