Jcosta Pro Variator for c-one / octopunto crankcase of Piaggio Scooter 50cc.

After years in competition and in an increasingly demanding world, the engineers at Jcosta have developed this Variator for the most demanding riders. You will achieve a greater power curve and smoothness when opening the throttle. Tested on the track with a thousand possible combinations until hitting the mark.

Features

• CNC machined Variator with ceramic treatment. Achieving greater resistance to high temperatures and superior durability
• Copper alloy bushing with graphite inserts. It is lubricated dry and always allows it to be at its optimal operating point
  Attention! Do not add grease or lubricants
• Pin with DLC treatment, provides great hardness, high wear resistance, and very low friction values that allow the Variator to always rotate without oscillations
• Two sets of plastic compound weights with carbon fiber and kevlar
• Stainless steel bell. Cold-pressed with the ideal geometry for the operation of the Variator with the MHR C-One and RC-One thermal group
• Aluminum crankshaft stops
  Includes 2 stops made of aluminum
• Adjustment washers
