To reduce the torsion of the contra spring to a minimum, Motoforce Racing now offers a “Twist Control” spring seat with ball bearing.

The function of the Twist Control spring seat is to absorb torsional forces, reducing power loss caused by friction loss.

Please note that with the Twist-Control part installed, the spring tension increases by around 15% and the variator must be readjusted. High-temperature-resistant grease must be used, such as the one we offer from Malossi and Polini, for example.

NOTE: Only suitable for Minarelli engines equipped with a 107 mm clutch bell!
-Not compatible with Malossi Furia Rossa pulleys.

On Minarelli engines (Aprilia, Yamaha, …) from 1998 onward, new 107 mm diameter clutches are installed.

Please check whether your original clutch has two shoes (D.105) or 3 shoes (D.107). You can also measure the inner diameter of the clutch bell; it must be 107 mm!
