Dock variator plate with bearing Minarelli horizontal 107mm Motoforce racing

To reduce the torsion of the contrast spring to a minimum, Motoforce Racing now offers a “Twist Control” plate with ball bearing.

The function of the Twist Control plate is to absorb the torsional forces, reducing power loss due to friction loss.

Please note that with the Twist-Control part installed, the spring tension increases by about 15% and the variator must be readjusted. You must use high-temperature resistant grease, such as the one we offer from Malossi and Polini, for example.      

NOTE: Only suitable for Minarelli engines equipped with a 107mm clutch bell!

In Minarelli engines (Aprilia, Yamaha,…) since 1998, new clutches with a diameter of 107mm have been installed.

Please, check if your original clutch is a two-shoe (D.105), or three-shoe (D.107). You can also measure the inner diameter of the clutch bell; it must be 107mm!
