The Ambro-Sol matte black heat-resistant lacquer is the solution to renew and protect your motorcycle’s exhausts, cylinders, and other parts exposed to high temperatures. If you notice that the paint has deteriorated due to heat, has lost adhesion, or is oxidizing, applying this lacquer will restore protection and appearance with a simple spray.

It is formulated with modified silicone resins, providing a resistant and durable finish, protecting metal surfaces from wear and corrosion caused by heat. It is perfect for coating steel parts.

It has thermal resistance up to 500°C, maintaining its integrity without losing adhesion or flaking at high temperatures. Its fast-drying technology allows for efficient application, reducing waiting time and optimizing performance.

Usage recommendations

• Prepare the surface by cleaning it to remove dirt, grease, and rust.
• Shake the can vigorously for at least one minute before use and repeat occasionally during application.
• Apply in thin layers, keeping a distance of approximately 20 cm, avoiding paint build-up that could cause drips.
• Allow to dry between coats to ensure better adhesion and final finish.
• Activate thermal curing by exposing the painted surface to a minimum of 180°C to maximize adhesion and resistance.

Maintenance recommendations

• Avoid direct exposure to flame, as the paint is formulated to withstand heat but not direct contact with fire.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources or open flames to preserve its effectiveness.
• Touch up periodically on surfaces subject to extreme wear to maintain thermal and aesthetic protection.
