Variator adjustment washers Minarelli 0.1-0.5mm d=16mm Stage6

The variator adjustment is essential, especially in tuned engines. With these Stage6 “Variocontrol” washers, the variator can be adjusted exactly to the width of the belt.

Assembly is very easy. Remove the variator pulley and place the washers on the crankshaft. This way, the distance between the variator and the variator pulley can be perfectly optimised.
The result of a properly adjusted variator is truly surprising.

The set includes 30 adjustment washers with thicknesses between 0.1mm and 0.4mm, size 16x21mm.

Adaptable to Minarelli engines with competition crankshaft Ø16mm and Chinese engines.
