From the VOCA racing department, a new Minimotard has been developed that revolutionizes the line followed until now. This Minimotard model incorporates fully functional and meticulously selected components so that the Supercup is a fast and easy-to-adjust motorcycle.

Thanks to the complex track work of its riders over the past years, it has been possible to gather this important information for the development of the Minimotard.

• Zongshen ZS190 Engine

With nearly 18hp at the wheel and a 5-speed gearbox, it makes for a powerful and fun engine.

• Carburettor of 28mm PE type with round slide

Ensures easy adjustment in any situation, as well as offering an ideal response for a 4T engine.

• Handlebar of 28 mm

An essential element that withstands a lot in falls and minimizes flex when riding at the highest level.

• Triple clamps of 170 mm

The ideal size for fitting wider wheels. Until now, 160 mm triple clamps inherited from the cross version were used; on this occasion, we chose to create a Minimotard with components specific to this type of discipline. It is worth noting that the high-quality, lightweight aluminum triple clamps that the YCF brand is known for are maintained.

• K3 Black Suspension

Easy to adjust and with many aftermarket options to make it a very competitive suspension. The 730 mm length of previous models, such as ENGI or ZL, is maintained, adjustable in compression, rebound, and the classic Marzocchi-type axle end.

• Swingarm of 460 mm

This component has been increased in length to gain stability and achieve a more balanced rear suspension, increasing the wheelbase from 118 cm to 121 cm. We highlight that it comes equipped with an axle inherited from its off-road sibling of 15 mm, more than enough even to withstand mixed Minimotard circuits with jumps.

• Shock absorber DNM of 315 mm

The size of this component has been increased to maintain optimal geometry. This adjustment was essential to keep a Minimotard competitive and fully functional, with just 5 mm extra that will allow you to maintain agility and stability through corners.

• Wheels 3.00-12 and 2.5-12

This is one of the most significant changes in this new model. They replace the classic YCF model with Mobster-type wheels in the most used sizes for Minimotard.

The previous sizes of 2.15 and 2.50 with current tires cause the tread to close too much, giving the tire a profile with too much drop. Often, this can be beneficial in certain situations, but with current tires, the 3.00 and 2.5 sizes are much more effective and provide more grip without sacrificing changes of direction.
