AIRSAL, with more than 30 years of experience in the manufacture of cylinders for motorcycles and mopeds, was established in 1986 in a facility located in Martorell, 30 km from Barcelona. In its beginnings, Airsal specialized in the manufacture of cylinders for mopeds and scooters, as well as the pistons and cylinder heads that complement them. It then expanded to cover the large Maxiscooter and Offroad motorcycle market.
Its manufacturing is in-house, where only aluminum and the Scanimet® (Nickel - Silicon Carbide) inner coating are used.

From AIRSAL we offer a wide range of aluminum cylinders.
For Mopeds and Scooters they offer from 50cc, conversions to 70cc or higher up to the Racing Xtrem 90cc series, which is installed with a long-stroke crankshaft.
Maxiscooter, original-type cylinders with the same characteristics and quality as the original. In addition, a wide variety of oversized cylinders to increase power and torque.
Offroad, cylinders without piston and OEM quality cylinder head with an excellent quality/price ratio.
