DNA was founded in 2002 in Greece as the result of an idea: to be the first in Greece to have high-performance filters and intakes for cars and motorcycles. DNA took advantage of the lack of competition in this type of high-performance products. DNA had a clear objective: to be the new standard, the best air filter at an affordable price.

In January 2003, the factory took its first steps, after a difficult period of adjustments and research to equip the best machines, raw materials, auxiliary materials, technical solutions and, of course, most importantly, a team made up entirely of Greek workers.

In August 2003, in a fully equipped area of 500 square meters, production began with the first DNA® air filter intended for one of the most popular motorcycles in Greece, the Yamaha TDM 900.

Today, DNA already has several titles in competition, a strong worldwide presence in more than 42 countries, more than 500 product references and is also one of the most famous washable filter brands in the world. The greatest advantage, as one of its initial objectives stated, is to have the best air filter at an affordable price.
