This Polini crankshaft bearing and seal kit is designed for maintenance or rebuilding of the engine crankcase on scooters equipped with a Minarelli Horizontal and Minarelli Vertical 50cc engine. Intended to replace worn original components, it allows the crankshaft supports to be renewed and proper sealing to be restored in the crankcase area.

It is recommended to replace the bearings and seals during a complete engine rebuild or when symptoms such as crankshaft play, abnormal metallic noises, or possible air leaks caused by worn seals are detected. A loss of sealing in this area can affect carburetion and the overall operation of the engine.

The kit includes bearings with C4 internal clearance tolerance and a riveted steel cage, suitable for use in scooter engines subjected to high engine speeds. The seals made of PTFE and FKM offer high resistance to fuels, oils, and demanding operating temperatures, helping to maintain the sealing of the assembly.
